now craving: dopamine hi am out of my rut and able to work YAY. my workout helped a lot yesterday. i work out once a week with a personal trainer who doesn't make me feel bad that i only work out once a week. we also chat a lot about life while i work out, so it makes the time go by faster and it's like a mini therapy session too. oh, and i can't forget the fact that i don't have to think. i don't have to plan the workout, i don't have to figure out the weights, all i do is show up and just do the damn thing. i'm restless and craving dopamine. i am excited for grocery delivery of frozen dumplings, wontons and buns which means i won't have to cook tonight. i still have a million things to do but at least i'm out of that frozen state of overwhelm. also, i'm very grateful to be in a place where i can afford a personal trainer and to get grocery delivery. it's definitely those little conveniences that really help me take better care of myself. 3:02 p.m. - 2022-02-02 |
